What is Throne?

Throne is the first health tracker for the one place your body already gives you a daily report: the bathroom. Throne One is a small smart sensor that clips onto your toilet rim and turns every visit into wellness insights; no wearables, no logging, nothing new to remember. You just sit down like you always do.

What does Throne do?

Throne measures four dimensions of your wellness, gut health (stool form and frequency via the clinically established Bristol Stool Scale), hydration, urinary flow, and your bathroom habits, and turns them into simple scores and trends in the app. For the full breakdown of every score, visit our Support page.

Can my whole household use one Throne?

Yes! Throne is built for shared bathrooms. Up to six people can use one device, recognized automatically when their phone is nearby or with a press of their personal button. Each person has their own account and membership, and each person's data is completely private, visible only to them.

Can I buy Throne where I live?

Throne currently ships within the United States, and membership requires a U.S. billing address. International expansion is coming; join our newsletter to be first in line. Practitioners, retailers, and brands can reach us through our partner form.

Who owns my data?

You own your data. You can export your data as a 90-day report to share with your doctors or download a .csv to assess your data at any time via the app. Should you ever want your data deleted you can request to delete your data in full. We never sell your data or use your data in a way you have not explicitly agreed to.

Can I share my data with my doctor?

Yes! Your data is yours. Export your full history as a .csv anytime, right from the app, and bring your trends to any checkup or telehealth visit.
